About the position

The Senior Project Manager IT is responsible for managing and delivering technology-related projects across various departments, specifically focusing on US Army or DoD programs. This role requires extensive managerial experience and expertise in software operations and maintenance of Army enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement large IT projects
• Direct and interface with Government personnel
• Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures
• Provide progress reports

Requirements

• 10 years of managerial experience on US Army or DoD programs
• Previous experience in information technology
• Current DoD NATO/Secret clearance
• PMP Certification
• 3 years of experience within the past 5 years defining organizational project cloud migration objectives
• Familiarity with AWS or Microsoft Azure
