About the position

The Senior Project Manager will be part of the Neurovascular PMO Business Excellence team, focusing on managing business process improvement and transformation projects, including ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate across functions and regions, influence stakeholders, build business cases, and drive change while leading global cross-functional teams. The position is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the Fremont, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan.
• Direct, manage, monitor, and control project activities.
• Develop a strong business case and evaluate tradeoffs within the project.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope.
• Create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
• Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart, analyzing critical paths and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define and monitor project budget.
• Partner with the project team to create project Quality Plans using quality planning tools.
• Develop a risk management plan, identifying and analyzing project risks.
• Estimate, acquire, and assign cross-functional project resources, defining roles and responsibilities.
• Develop a Stakeholder management plan based on stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 6 years of work experience

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Lean Certification
• Experience in a regulated industry, preferably medical device
• Experience in project management methodology across both business & IT areas
• Experience delivering an ERP or leading large-scale transformational projects
