About the position

The Senior Project Manager (Print Production) role at Creative Circle is a long-term freelance position focused on managing print production projects for a non-profit healthcare client. The position requires a strong background in print production methods and vendor management, ensuring quality deliverables are met on time. The role is primarily remote with one onsite day per week, covering a paternity leave until mid-April 2025.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project deliverables that pertain to print, incentives, swag and collateral production
• Manage the company's storefront, inventory management and fulfillment
• Coordinate, facilitate, traffic and manage relationships and production projects with internal clients and external vendors
• Conduct status checks, site visits, proof concepts and prints, and resolve issues that arise
• Manage QA, including assessment of vendor performance (i.e. quality of product and ensuring projects are delivered / printed on time)
• Maintain production project electronic and master file archive.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in the print production space
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in print production methods and specifications
• Understanding of vendor capabilities, inventory management, and material requirements planning
• Experience working with design teams and within brand standards.
