About the position

As a Retail Bank Senior Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate multiple renovation and construction projects for retail bank branches, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget. This role involves managing all aspects of project management, including planning, design, construction, and closeout, while interfacing directly with clients and leading project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for individual real estate projects.
  • Interface directly with clients to define project requirements.
  • Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, cash flow, work plan schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Identify project delivery resources and conduct standard request for proposals.
  • Lead resources/team providing project mentorship and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Implement communication plans for meetings, written reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
  • Facilitate and lead project team meetings.
  • Manage progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines.
  • Craft action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
  • Implement change management routines to assess change requests and issue change orders.
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Requirements

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with at least 5 years of experience, or a combination of experience and education.
  • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • Previous Project Management experience with commercial renovations and retail bank projects is a plus.
  • General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
