About the position

Join GardaWorld as a Project Manager, where you will lead and develop personnel at a strategic account. This role focuses on overseeing employee engagement, scheduling, payroll, compliance, and performance metrics tracking, while fostering a culture of engagement and servant leadership. You will ensure operational support and compliance, coordinate support services, and build client credibility through honesty and dependability, all while setting a high standard of personal commitment and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate and embody GardaWorld Security's core values in all business practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.
  • Supervise daily security services to uphold high standards.
  • Conduct off-hour visits, review logs, and inspect posts for compliance.
  • Oversee security operations, including access control, alarm response, and patrols.
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including State Guard Licensing requirements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Achieve performance metrics such as unbilled overtime and employee engagement scores.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Experience managing a quasi-government facility.
  • Experience managing bargaining agreements and unions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous Military or Law Enforcement experience.
  • Experience in multi-department leadership and international affairs.
