About the position

Our successful Senior Project Manager of Strategic Initiatives will oversee the project management, planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of Ostomy Care's variety of strategic initiatives with particular focus on lifecycle management projects in accordance with agreed upon scope, timing, and budget. Driving cross functional project and/or program execution through collaboration with various functional groups, including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial teams. This is a US based Hybrid role requiring commute to the Lexington, MA office 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Create and own a framework, governance, and methodology for lifecycle management programs within Ostomy Care that will serve as a 'playbook' for future activity
  • Consistently project manage and deliver high priority technically complex projects to ensure completion on time within the agreed scope and budget
  • Work with cross functional core teams to provide a coordinated and collaborative approach to executing on strategic projects balancing speed of execution and associated risks
  • Create detailed work plans for assigned projects which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete each project and establish the resources (time, money, capital equipment, etc.) required to complete the project activities
  • Work within a cross functional team to ensure workstreams are appropriately planned and integrated into master schedules
  • Develop communication plan and provide updates on assigned projects to stakeholders both horizontally and vertically
  • Review project schedules with senior management and project team members; revise schedules/plan as required to ensure successful completion
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Escalate as appropriate to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
  • Set up files to ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured
  • Support business to develop and enhance project management tools, processes, and systems to ensure consistent and efficient ways of working

Requirements

Nice-to-haves

  • Project management qualification is preferred (PMP or equivalent)
  • Strong proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, database software, SAP, MS Outlook, Project Management Cloud Software
  • Speaking and writing in additional languages as required or nice to have
