About the position

The Sr Project Manager for BI Analytics will lead the migration of dashboards to Power BI, ensuring a strong understanding of Azure Synapse and enterprise architecture. This role is crucial for overseeing project budgets, quality, performance, and timelines while managing resources effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BI tools and data solutions, particularly in Power BI and migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of dashboards to Power BI.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Azure Synapse.
• Build Power BI dashboards from various data sources, including Planview.
• Conduct system studies and prepare project proposals and cost estimations.
• Manage project budgets, quality, performance, and timeliness KPIs.
• Track project costs to meet budget requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of project drawings and calculations to clients.
• Lead the preparation of overall solution design across BI tools and data perspectives.
• Discuss and resolve technical issues related to the project.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong experience in migrating dashboards to Power BI.
• In-depth understanding and working experience of Azure Synapse.
• Expertise in building Power BI dashboards from various data sources.
• Experience in system study and resource estimation for projects.
• Good understanding of enterprise architecture.
• Ability to manage budgets and track project costs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in migration projects from SiSense to Power BI.
• Technical strength in BI tools and data solutions.
