About the position

As a Senior Project Manager in the Communications & Media Practice, you will lead and deliver large-scale technology programs for leading cable providers in the US. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and revenue growth, overseeing account financials, and mentoring the engagement team. You will collaborate with various practice leaders to deliver integrated solutions that align with client strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex technology programs for cable clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
• Oversee the execution of project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Provide technical guidance and support in Kanban, Scrum, and other agile methodologies to optimize project workflows.
• Utilize FFMPEG, RTP/RTCP, and TCP/IP protocols to ensure seamless integration and performance of multimedia applications.
• Manage project tracking and reporting using Jira and Test RAIL, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Conduct performance testing using LoadRunner and Jmeter to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Perform manual testing and oversee automated testing using Appium and Selenium to ensure product quality.
• Implement Manual E2E BPA processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for Cable Modems (DOCSIS/RDK) to maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with the Service Assurance team to monitor and enhance service delivery.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

• 15 to 19 years of experience in project management, particularly in technology programs.
• Extensive technical skills in Kanban, Scrum, FFMPEG, RTP/RTCP, TCP/IP, Jira, Test RAIL, LoadRunner, Jmeter, Manual Testing, Appium, Selenium, Manual E2E BPA, and Cable Modems (DOCSIS/RDK).
• Domain expertise in Service Assurance.
