About The Position

Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead managed services operations for a large US Healthcare payor client. This role is pivotal in managing all aspects of IT production support, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management, with a strong emphasis on IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and methodologies within the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 12 years of Information Technology experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT Project management and ITSM, preferably in a healthcare payor or healthcare IT environment.
• Deep understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and practical experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Proficiency in ITSM tools (ServiceNow) for ticketing and performance tracking.
• Strong grasp of Healthcare Payor operations and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead managed services operations for a large US Healthcare payor client.
• Manage all aspects of IT production support including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Utilize ITIL/ITSM frameworks to ensure effective service management.
• Oversee the use of ITSM tools like ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow automation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Drive root cause analysis and long-term solutions for IT issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.
