About the position

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing complex and large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and client specifications. This role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, facilitating process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. The Senior Project Manager will also work closely with development teams to address technical requirements and risks, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules to ensure adherence to client specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions and review technical documents.
• Shape overall project strategy in collaboration with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Work closely with development teams and on-site engineers to understand technical requirements and resolve issues.
• Identify potential risks and issues impacting project timelines or quality, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management for complex and large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and coding standards.
• Experience in technical design discussions and document reviews.
• Ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues with development teams.
• Experience in risk identification and mitigation strategies.
