About the position

The Senior Marketing Programs Manager will oversee the execution of end-to-end email marketing projects, focusing on strategy, creative feedback, asset management, and performance tracking. This role requires a strong project management background and a deep understanding of marketing processes, particularly in a client-service context, as the manager will work with Fortune 500 companies on global marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end process of email campaigns, including strategy and creative development.
  • Set up, test, and QA email campaigns.
  • Build program test plans and perform A/B split testing.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and analyze results.
  • Manage creative development with copywriters, designers, and programmers.
  • Accurately estimate and track program hours and campaign timelines.
  • Build and ensure on-time detailed program schedules from kick-off to deployment.
  • Assess and develop strategies to address key business problems in the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify key performance metrics to measure success of campaigns.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, push, SMS, and in-product discovery.
  • Critically evaluate and size impact of addressing business problems.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in B2C or B2B email and/or mobile marketing.
  • Experience setting up, executing, and measuring lifecycle email campaigns for SaaS products.
  • Marketing automation experience (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot) required.
  • Exceptional execution and project management skills.
  • Understanding of email creative best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources and campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
