About the position

The Senior Project Manager will oversee complex and large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards as per client specifications. This role involves managing quality assurance processes, facilitating process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. The Senior Project Manager will also work closely with development teams to address technical requirements and risks, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules to ensure adherence to client specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in technical design discussions and review technical documents for compliance and improvement.
• Shape overall project strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Work closely with development teams and on-site engineers to understand and resolve technical issues.
• Identify potential risks and issues impacting project timelines or quality, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in managing complex and large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and coding standards.
• Experience in technical design discussions and reviewing technical documentation.
• Ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues with development teams.
• Experience in risk management and developing contingency plans.
