About The Position

The Senior Project Manager at Abbott is responsible for executing highly complex or specialized projects within the healthcare sector. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of general business experience.
• 8-10 years of general project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute highly complex or specialized projects.
• Develop, communicate, implement, enforce, and monitor security controls for technology assets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Provide project management consultation and mentorship throughout project phases.
• Analyze critical paths, manage schedules, and plan resources for projects.
• Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and quality planning.
• Manage delivery of consolidated scorecards, dashboards, and status reports for project performance.
• Develop and implement a project management knowledge repository for data gathering and improvement.
• Facilitate the evolution of project/portfolio management processes and tools.
• Identify new trends in project and portfolio management and communicate with stakeholders.
