About the position

The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage complex programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and successful delivery of project milestones. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and performance monitoring to drive program success and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope and objectives in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Develop a comprehensive program plan including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
• Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for each program track aligned with client business goals.
• Assess resource needs and allocate resources effectively across various teams.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and implement a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about program progress.
• Proactively identify and manage program risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional delivery team to ensure effective collaboration.
• Oversee the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business requirements.
• Collaborate with Development Leads to ensure technical specifications meet program requirements.
• Coordinate with QA Leads to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies.
• Oversee the deployment planning and execution process for seamless transitions to production.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and track progress.
• Prepare and deliver detailed program status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring alignment with financial constraints.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all program activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in project management.
