About the position

The Senior Project Manager at AMS.NET will oversee the successful installation and deployment of complex site-managed implementations, ensuring on-time performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the customer and AMS.NET, managing project timelines and coordinating resources from the point of sale through to project completion and customer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project direction
• Serve as the sole point of contact between customer and AMS.NET
• Coordinate resource scheduling
• Ensure effective customer communication
• Provide necessary customer documentation
• Initiate change order procedures
• Set and manage project timelines
• Ensure projects meet established timelines
• Provide user training

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunication environment
• Certification in project management (PMP) is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or General Administration or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
• Experience in enterprise or public sector and LAN/WAN deployment project management is a plus
