About the position

The Senior Project Program Manager at CVS Health is responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing internal projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.
  • Secure required resources and manage budgets, risks, and changes using formal processes and tools.
  • Represent Core Operations in designing and improving cross-functional solutions.
  • Research, vet, and manage the implementation of significant initiatives, such as replacements for existing systems.
  • Administer processes for researching, analyzing, and compiling data for executive reports and presentations.
  • Field internal and external inquiries, finding resolutions or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with business owners to achieve profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years' work experience in project or program management, product management, or operations; IT experience preferred.
  • High level problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
  • Adept at growth mindset skills (agility and developing yourself and others).
  • Adept at execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, and supporting).
  • Strong business and strategic intelligence.
