As a Senior Propulsion Engineer on the Engine Systems & Test Team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and testing of our innovative propulsion systems for the Terran R rocket. This position involves a multifaceted approach to engineering, where you will engage in system-level architecture, requirements management, and interface negotiations to optimize engine performance for our launch vehicle. Your expertise will be crucial in driving engine system trades and supporting the overall development of our engine systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with component engineers, manufacturing teams, and test teams to ensure that our engines are designed and tested to meet the rigorous demands of space launch. You will be expected to lead projects with minimal oversight, demonstrating your ability to coordinate and facilitate among various technical teams while applying your deep technical knowledge to solve complex problems. Your contributions will not only enhance the technical capabilities of our engines but also support the growth and development of your colleagues in a fast-paced startup environment.
