About the position

The Principal Prospect and Systems Management Analyst is a vital member of the Prospect and Systems Management Team at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This role encompasses five key functional areas: systems management, data analysis and reporting, prospect management, research, and pipeline development. The Principal Analyst will collaborate closely with caregivers across the South Division Philanthropy, Community Health, and Health Equity teams to manage data effectively, develop strategic initiatives, and provide guidance on policies and processes that enhance engagement with donors, prospects, and community members. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with caregivers to manage data and develop strategies for donor engagement.
  • Provide guidance on policies and processes that drive engagement with donors and community members.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to support fundraising efforts.
  • Manage prospect management activities and pipeline development initiatives.
  • Utilize visual reporting software to create insightful reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in nonprofit development and/or prospect management, preferably in a healthcare or education setting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with visual reporting software such as Microsoft PowerBi, Tableau, or Vengage.
