This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any Banner-approved state, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule consisting of five 8-hour days based around Arizona hours. In this position, you will gain valuable insights into the niche specialty of physician compensation, healthcare clinical financial operations, and the administration of HR systems. Your responsibilities will include financial modeling of physician compensation, ensuring compliance through thorough documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to foster productive working relationships. You will be part of a dynamic team that emphasizes analytical support for various department-related projects and ongoing processes. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive research and analysis related to compensation, providing general support to HR partners and facility leaders, and assisting department staff with data-driven insights. You will serve as a resource for leaders and HR partners, performing regular analyses of compensation programs and practices, identifying areas of concern, and recommending effective solutions.
