About the position

We are seeking an experienced and Senior Public Relations Manager to spearhead our media relations strategy within the B2B space, particularly focusing on the retail media industry. This role involves crafting and executing strategic communication campaigns to elevate Pacvue's presence and reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive media relations strategy that aligns with Pacvue's business goals and enhances our brand visibility in the B2B sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, industry analysts, and influencers within the retail media and eCommerce industry.
  • Lead the creation of compelling press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials that effectively convey our value proposition and innovations.
  • Serve as a spokesperson and media contact for the company, ensuring consistent and positive representation of Pacvue across all media platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage public relations activities, including media interviews, press conferences, and industry events.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide insights and analysis to senior management on industry trends and potential PR opportunities or challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate PR initiatives into broader marketing efforts.
  • Oversee PR agencies and vendors as necessary, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and maximizing our investment in public relations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in public relations or corporate communications, with significant experience in B2B and retail media industries.
  • Proven track record in managing successful media relations campaigns and securing high-impact media coverage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft strategic narratives and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies as they relate to public relations.
  • Proficiency in media monitoring tools and PR software.
