As a Senior Purchasing Manager in Marketing Operations at Procter & Gamble, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing supply chains essential for delivering consumer products. Responsibilities

• Own decisions on sourcing and managing supply chains for consumer products.
• Analyze markets and develop expertise in those markets.
• Develop strategies for sourcing to increase innovation and drive costs down.
• Negotiate deals with suppliers for optimal outcomes.
• Work with suppliers to optimize inventory levels and logistics.
• Incorporate sustainability and equality & inclusion into supplier relationships.
• Communicate and partner with different internal functions daily.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Information Technology preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management preferred.
• Ability to travel 15-20% as needed.
• Adaptable ability to influence cross-functionally and upward.
• Strong internal collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Interest in understanding distribution networks and manufacturing processes.
• Flexibility to explore and lead commercial models for success.
