Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Information Technology preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management preferred.
• Ability to travel 15-20% as needed.
• Strong adaptability to influence cross-functionally and upward.
• Experience in internal collaboration and relationship management.
• Interest in understanding distribution networks and manufacturing processes.
• Flexibility to explore and lead commercial models across varying organizational units and suppliers.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing business objectives.
