Responsibilities

• Provide supplier oversight and procurement support to the Flight Deck Innovation and Software Development Project teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations and ensure execution of supplier contractual requirements.
• Identify and lead projects to streamline and modify business practices based on lessons learned.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead Program Management and Technology Reviews.
• Influence avionics suppliers to enhance processes and collaboration with Gulfstream.
• Develop and present presentations to C-Suite Executives.
• Manage projects as an individual contributor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 10 years of related procurement and contract experience, including at least 7 years of progressively responsible management experience.
• Experience in avionics software development and/or aerospace engineering preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Significant expertise in complex procurements and detailed knowledge in purchasing methods and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in leading complex negotiations and contract management.
