About the position

The Senior Python Developer (Data Analysis) will play a crucial role in supporting the Defined Contributions (DC) consulting projects by leveraging technical and analytical skills. This position involves working on complex data consulting projects, utilizing various databases and technical applications to analyze data and propose solutions that directly impact clients' retirement plans. The role is dynamic, offering a variety of tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment, aimed at delivering a best-in-class client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support complex DC data consulting projects using technical and analytical skills.
• Leverage databases, data warehouses, and applications like Python, SQL, Snap Logic, and Snowflake.
• Identify, analyze, and propose solutions to support DC consulting projects.
• Collaborate with clients to help them realize their retirement goals.
• Engage in data quality improvement efforts across multiple product lines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Python, SQL, and relational databases.
• 2+ years of experience in the Defined Contributions domain.
• Experience in data analysis, particularly with Snowflake and strong SQL skills.
• Proven ability to write data mapping and technical documentation.
• Demonstrable experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and influencing skills to propose solutions for business problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
