We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer/Lead to drive high-impact projects with expertise in AWS and CI/CD practices. This role is pivotal in leading the design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will also have secondary skills in Java to complement the development efforts, allowing for a more versatile approach to project requirements. In this position, you will manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that our deployment processes are efficient and reliable. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and security, which are critical to maintaining the integrity and reliability of our applications. This hybrid role requires you to work onsite three days a week in either Raritan or Titusville, providing a balance between collaborative in-person work and flexible remote options.
