Responsibilities

• coding, designing, and deploying various Python development projects, including Big Data, Mobile, Web development, DevOps, Testing, and Cloud.
• leveraging your extensive Python expertise to mentor domain teams across multiple fields and lead complex projects.
• creating high-quality, maintainable code that adheres to both market and internal standards.
• contributing to the establishment and growth of a Python competence center within our company.

Requirements

• at least 3+ years of commercial experience in Python programming (candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply);
• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field;
• strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and best practices in software architecture;
• hands-on experience with Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud;
• experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and familiarity with data pipelines and Big Data technologies;
• knowledge of implementing DevOps practices and using CI/CD tools;
• solid understanding of testing frameworks and are experienced in writing unit and integration tests;
• knowledge of English language on B2 level;
• proactive, communicative person who values teamwork and is eager to share knowledge and mentor junior developers.

Nice-to-haves

• knowledge of German would be an advantage.
