About the position

The Senior QA Analyst position at our Charlotte, NC location is a critical role within the Enterprise Payment Hub team. This position is responsible for leading test execution and ensuring the quality of our payment systems. The selected candidate will be tasked with writing comprehensive test plans and test cases, executing them according to the established plan, and meticulously documenting the results. The role also involves identifying defects during testing, opening defect reports, and re-executing tests to verify that issues have been resolved. As a Senior QA Analyst, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities. You will coordinate your work with remote teams, ensuring that all testing activities align with project timelines and deliverables. Your expertise in various testing methodologies, including both Waterfall and Agile, will be essential in guiding the team through the software development lifecycle (SDLC). In addition to your technical skills, you will be a key player in fostering a collaborative team culture. Responsibilities

• Write test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Execute test cases according to the established testing plan.
• Open and re-execute defects found during testing.
• Coordinate testing activities with remote teams.
• Adapt to fast-paced and changing project environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Knowledge of mainframe systems.
• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Proficient in writing test plans and test cases.
• Strong coordination skills for working with remote teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira tool for project management.
• Ability to write user stories and manage defects.
• Familiarity with banking systems and processes.
• Knowledge of Bank Deposits Systems and Debit card processing.
• Experience with BOA Applications such as DCS, EPH, BASE24, BOSS, and APTE.
• Knowledge of POS Lexcel and Clear 2 Pay (C2P) simulators.
