About the position

The Senior QA Analyst position focuses on both manual and automation testing, with a preference for candidates experienced in Tosca. This hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, requires the analyst to review business requirements, develop test scenarios, and ensure the quality of software releases through comprehensive testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and identify areas to be tested.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, log, and review defects.
• Ensure traceability of requirements to test cases.
• Provide release notes and execution results to the lead tester and Product Owner.
• Create framework components and reusable functions for automation and performance testing.
• Build user documents and script maintenance instructions for automation and performance testing scripts.

Requirements

• Experience in manual testing.
• Experience in automation testing.
• Experience in performance testing.
• Experience with Tosca or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months.
