As a Senior QA Engineer, you will participate in product requirement document (PRD) reviews and architectural design reviews, ensuring you are well-versed in the business logic, system architecture, and inner workings of the product. Your focus will be on the functionality of the application under test, where you will set up and implement a reasonable test strategy, plan test cases, manage bugs, and conduct retrospectives. You will employ a variety of testing techniques, including functional, non-functional, security, performance, regression, and joint testing. Your role will also involve project quality management, where you will focus on implementing process specifications, identifying risks, and collaborating with teams to solve problems to ensure high quality and efficient deployment. While your primary focus will be on manual testing, you should also possess some automation skills to maintain and upgrade automation use cases. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and logic, as well as the ability to design accurate and comprehensive test strategies and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Participate in PRD review and architectural design review, understanding business logic and system architecture.
• Set up and implement reasonable test strategy, plan test cases, and manage bugs.
• Focus on a wide variety of testing techniques including functional, non-functional, security, performance, regression, and joint testing.
• Manage project quality by implementing process specifications, identifying risks, and pushing teams to solve problems.
• Primarily focus on manual testing while being skilled in using testing tools and frameworks.
• Maintain and upgrade automation use cases as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields from accredited institutions.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in testing and development in the high-tech sector.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and logic, with the ability to design accurate test strategies and use cases.
• Familiarity with the overall process of project testing and risk identification.
• Strong self-driving force and fast learning ability.
• Ability to handle concurrent tasks efficiently.
