About the position

The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for automating web and mobile application testing using Selenium, Java, and API Testing, as well as working with Power Platform applications. This role is part of an agile scrum team focused on delivering services aligned with the technology roadmap. The position requires a strong background in quality engineering and a commitment to compliance with software development lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and design patterns for integrating technical and data services into application architectures using Power Platform.
• Partner with Architect to create high-level designs for technical and information services to guide implementation.
• Drive compliance with established software development lifecycle and release processes.
• Understand business requirements to design business and technical services.
• Create and communicate technical strategy and roadmap for target state implementation.
• Act as Design authority to ensure solutions are built according to target state.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business, both onshore and offshore.

Requirements

• 12+ years of testing and automation experience across enterprise architecture domains.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Selenium, Java, and Rest API based automation.
• Experience with automation of PowerApps - Canvas app is a plus.
• Experience or certification in Azure Cloud Services and/or Amazon Web Services is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and experience in migrating applications to it.
• Hands-on experience with business process workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience in building and using custom connectors and APIs in Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Azure or AWS Cloud Technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD for Power Platform solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
