About the position
The Senior QA Engineering Lead position is focused on developing and maintaining automation frameworks, particularly using Selenium, and writing automation scripts for mobile applications. The role requires strong coding skills and experience in both UI and mobile automation, with an emphasis on defining test cases and plans from scratch. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium.
- Write automation scripts for mobile applications using Appium, XCUITest for iOS, and Espresso for Android.
- Define the page object model to create scalable and maintainable test cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong coding experience in Java or Python.
- Proficiency in Selenium for automation testing.
- Experience in mobile testing for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Overall experience of 10+ years preferred, but profiles with less experience will be considered.
- Experience with Appium for mobile automation.
