About the position

The Senior Quality Assurance Tester at Nexon America plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of the company's games. This position involves comprehensive testing of all features and functionalities of assigned games, including localization aspects. The Senior QA Tester will be responsible for executing both scripted and ad hoc test cases, meticulously documenting any game errors found in the code, and analyzing discrepancies to ensure that fixes are effectively implemented. This role also requires ownership of specialized QA aspects such as Compliance Standards, Submissions, Test Case Creation, and mentoring junior QA Testers. In this hybrid work model, where employees are expected to work in the office 2-3 times a week, the Senior QA Tester will perform focused creative testing based on assigned test cases to provide feedback on gameplay-related issues and identify game defects.
