About the position

Procter & Gamble is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead a team responsible for end-to-end quality assurance in their pharmaceutical and dietary supplement manufacturing facility in Greensboro, NC. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality systems and standards, ensuring product quality, and managing a team of quality assurance professionals. The position offers high visibility to leadership and significant opportunities for impact and career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality systems, procedures, and standards for product delivery.
  • Manage on-site Quality Assurance/Quality Control personnel and oversee product release.
  • Set daily direction and priorities for the quality team.
  • Review, update, and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Improve quality systems including training, validations, and investigations.
  • Collaborate with the site quality director on product disposition for deviations.
  • Participate in external and internal audits, leading discussions for areas of responsibility.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing management and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a GMP regulated finished product manufacturing site for drugs and/or dietary supplements.
  • Prior experience managing and developing direct reports.
  • Deep understanding of FDA regulatory guidelines in a regulated site.
  • Experience leading investigations and implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CaPAs).
  • Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and promote a quality culture.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate quality requirements effectively.
  • Must be able to work onsite five days per week with flexibility between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
