The Global Digital User Research team at adidas is seeking a Senior Quantitative User Researcher to join their Amsterdam-based team. This role is pivotal in informing cross-functional stakeholders to develop high-quality product solutions and digital user experiences. The team's primary focus is on exploring and identifying users' intents, needs, expectations, and desires, culminating in valid, reliable, and objective insights that guide decision-making and actions across the organization. As a Senior Quantitative User Researcher, you will collaborate closely with Digital Product Directors, UX Design Directors, and fellow qualitative user researchers to guide the product development process through consumer insights. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire research process, from generative and explorative research to evaluative research. You will manage large-scale quantitative user research projects, which includes planning, research design, fieldwork, data analysis, reporting, and embedding insights into the organization. This role requires you to become a thought partner for senior stakeholders, advising on research roadmaps, methodologies, and collaboration models, while also connecting different stakeholders to approach topics holistically. You will work alongside qualitative researchers to integrate quantitative insights with qualitative findings, ensuring robust data triangulation and comprehensive analysis. In addition to managing research projects, you will proactively identify opportunities to improve adidas' product solutions iteratively, extracting design, digital, and ecommerce trends to optimize value for consumers and the company. Communicating research findings effectively to various audiences through written reports, verbal presentations, and workshop facilitation is a key aspect of this role. You may also conduct qualitative research as part of mixed-methods projects and will be responsible for developing and upholding rigorous standards for research setups to ensure the integrity, reliability, and validity of the team's research activities. Mentoring junior researchers will also be part of your responsibilities, fostering their growth within the User Research team.
