The Senior React Developer position is a critical backfill role that requires a highly skilled individual to contribute to the development and enhancement of software solutions within a hybrid work environment based in Charlotte, NC. This role is expected to start as soon as possible and will last until the end of January. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in frontend engineering, particularly with technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, Google Cloud Platform, TypeScript, JavaScript, and various database systems. With a minimum of 10 years of experience specifically in React, the candidate will be expected to collaborate closely with executives to define business requirements and functional specifications, translating them into logical program designs and code modules. In this role, the Senior React Developer will recommend long-term strategic technical directions for the development and configuration of integrated business applications. They will contribute to research and development efforts that drive business innovation and growth, while also engaging with key stakeholders to discuss business strategies and opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for examining trends and identifying improvement opportunities for system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) across various application initiatives. The Senior React Developer will also play a pivotal role in enforcing solution architecture standards throughout the product lifecycle, leveraging their knowledge of technological market trends. They will influence organizational architecture and priorities, applying their expertise to simplify and improve existing systems. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to mentor junior software engineers, providing guidance and support as a subject-matter expert. This position also involves contributing to the company's strategy for Intellectual Property (IP) and making recommendations regarding open-source technology contributions.
