About the position

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join its Digital Engineering Practice in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves working within a collaborative, cross-functional team to design and develop innovative cloud-based software solutions for a diverse range of global clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React development and a passion for continuous improvement and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design / Develop & Debug UI Flows
• Develop unit test cases for UI layer
• Analyze and recommend / implement performance optimizations
• Perform build and deployment based on CICD
• Collaborate with the team for Integration / API contracts
• Implement application security / enterprise mandated changes in UI layers
• Perform security scan & address vulnerabilities reported
• Develop UI / API flows based on Node JS / Express

Requirements

• 6+ years of development experience required
• Proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, CSS, HTML, JS ES6, Node JS
• Experience with Webpack, Babel, Rollup, Parcel
• Strong functional programming skills
• Experience in performance tuning, developing unit test cases, and CICD
• Good communication skills
