Responsibilities

- Own the candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a positive process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, HR experience, or industry experience related to the role.
- 3+ years of AI recruiting and/or sourcing experience.
- Ability to provide high-level executive communication to stakeholders, partners, prospects, and candidates.
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments on a global scale.
- Ability to deliver results while fostering an environment for others to grow.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, HR experience, or industry experience related to the role.
- Master's Degree AND 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, HR experience, or industry experience related to the role.
