About the position
CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Services Recruiting Team, focusing on the North America Unit. This remote position involves developing and executing sourcing strategies for high-priority open positions and future hiring needs. The Senior Recruiter will build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community to promote the firm's brand, lead the full lifecycle recruiting process, and ensure compliance with staffing practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-priority positions.
- Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of diverse technical talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Communicate with candidates, review resumes, and prepare applicants for interviews.
- Document communication with hiring managers and interview teams, ensuring timely feedback and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare statistical reports on recruitment processes.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4 years of related experience, or equivalent additional directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
Nice-to-haves
- Recruiting experience in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction (AEC) industry.
- Experience in an OFCCP and EEO environment.
- Advanced sourcing techniques for targeting passive candidates.
- Experience with Brassring Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
