Reputation is seeking a dynamic recruiter who excels in technical recruitment while also possessing the adaptability to source talent across various departments. This role is pivotal in leading full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of positions, from technical roles such as software engineers and data scientists to non-technical roles in operations, marketing, and HR. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and will be responsible for managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously, utilizing creative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent. In addition to managing recruitment processes, the recruiter will engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements in both the U.S. and EMEA regions. The recruiter will also collaborate with business partners to continuously improve the candidate experience and optimize recruitment processes across global functions. Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from technical positions like software engineers and data scientists to non-technical roles across various departments.
  • Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously, ensuring each candidate experience is seamless.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent.
  • Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements in the U.S. and EMEA, using a data-driven approach to inform best practices and navigate regional competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with business partners in the U.S. and EMEA to continuously improve the candidate experience and optimize recruitment processes across global functions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive hiring edge in both technical and non-technical arenas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in recruiting for technical positions (e.g., software engineering, IT, data science).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Flexibility and experience recruiting for a range of non-technical roles (e.g., operations, marketing, HR).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in connecting with candidates across different functions and developing robust talent pools across regions.
  • Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
