About the position

As a Senior Recruiter at Reputation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team and culture by partnering with dynamic leaders and hiring managers to align our values with our corporate hiring goals. You will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, sourcing top talent for GTM and technical roles across the US and EMEA. In this role, you'll recruit for high-impact positions while building meaningful relationships across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your experience will enhance our recruitment efforts through creative sourcing, data insights, and an exceptional candidate experience that attracts skilled professionals from diverse markets. This is an ideal opportunity for a collaborative and driven recruiter who thrives in a high-growth environment. This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in our local office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract top-tier talent for executive, GTM, and technical roles across the US and EMEA regions in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Recruit for a variety of high-impact roles, including Sales Executives, Customer Success Managers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to meet diverse staffing needs across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.
  • Collaborate with business partners in the U.S. and EMEA to continuously improve the candidate experience and optimize recruitment processes across global functions.
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates, building a pipeline of skilled professionals.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and personalized engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, improve hiring quality, and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruiting, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success recruiting for executive, GTM, and technical roles in the B2B SaaS industry, with experience across the US and EMEA.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Expertise in developing and executing sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates, building a robust talent pipeline.
  • Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person).
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
