About the position

The Senior Recruiter at Alliance Defending Freedom plays a crucial role in the Recruiting Team, responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process for open positions. This position involves collaborating with business leaders to understand hiring needs and implementing strategies to attract and secure top talent. The Senior Recruiter will ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to the organization's employer brand through outreach and recruitment events.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full cycle recruiting process, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Track candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring they are updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and that communication is timely and consistent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to assist in gathering job requirements, scheduling interviews, and providing regular updates on candidate progress.
  • Assist with candidate preparation for interviews, ensuring all necessary materials are provided, and offer a positive, informative experience throughout the process.
  • Conduct initial candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, and networking. Review applications and conduct preliminary screenings to determine candidate suitability.
  • Support in compensation discussions by gathering market data, offer generation, and ensuring internal pay equity.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process, such as streamlining interview scheduling or utilizing new sourcing tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to help build and promote the company's employer brand.
  • Gather and organize recruitment data, such as time-to-fill or candidate source effectiveness, and share insights with the team to inform future recruiting strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience in managing candidates through a full cycle recruiting process.
  • Experience in partnering with executives, senior business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in partnering with hiring managers to fill positions.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of executive recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of legal recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of staffing agency experience.
