Additionally, the Senior Recruiter is involved in the onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience, ultimately aiming to attract, hire, and retain the best employees while fostering a strong talent pipeline. In this role, the Senior Recruiter will collaborate on the implementation of an overall recruiting strategy for multiple regions or departments. This includes identifying skill gaps and building pipelines for future business needs. The recruiter will participate in functional or cross-functional projects with limited resource requirements and complexity, coordinating tasks for other associates as necessary. Identifying sources of qualified candidates is crucial, and the recruiter will utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and direct sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, to maintain an ongoing pipeline of talent. Screening candidates to ensure they are technically qualified and a good cultural fit is essential, employing technology and behavioral-based interviewing techniques. As the main point of contact, the Senior Recruiter will build influential relationships with candidates and clients throughout the selection process, managing the full-cycle hiring process and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. The role also involves identifying, scheduling, planning, and attending external recruiting events, developing relationships with universities, technical schools, and diversity organizations to recruit top talent. Collaboration with hiring managers and HR in various aspects of the summer intern program may also be part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or Master's degree and 3 years of experience, or High School diploma and 9 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting.
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, property management, or other service-related industries is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate recruiting environment; staffing agency experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience fostering relationships with senior leaders.
  • Experience participating in projects that transform departmental or organizational goals.
  • Ability to assess candidates and match their skills to position requirements.
  • Ability to lead and impact change through influence.
  • Experience screening and interviewing candidates at all levels.
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and reporting metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
