As a crucial member of the sales organization, the Senior Regional Outside Sales and Business Development Leader will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and other leaders to drive all aspects of outside sales activities. This role is tailored for an individual contributor who excels in developing strategic initiatives, expanding market reach, and being in front of our customers, face to face. The selected applicant will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive global and channel coverage strategy to maximize outside sales opportunities. This includes taking ownership of the outside sales strategic planning process and assessing and refining the outside sales pipeline, providing strategic input on resource allocation for optimum market penetration. In this position, you will establish and cultivate business relationships with existing and potential customers, focusing on key accounts to identify needs and facilitate issue resolution. Actively participating in industry trade shows, sales meetings, and marketing workshops will be a major aspect of the role, showcasing a strong outside sales presence. Additionally, hosting and coordinating customer visits will be essential, as well as staying informed about industry trends, product developments, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
