About the position

The Senior Renewals Analyst in Revenue Operations is responsible for driving process improvements and optimizing systems health within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and validity of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) data, managing relationships with various stakeholders in the Renewal and Customer Success teams, and leading projects that deliver business value. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes that reduce inefficiencies and enhance operational effectiveness, while also educating the organization on CRM best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in S&A renewals.
  • Ensure the quality and validity of ARR data.
  • Manage relationships with Renewal and Customer Success stakeholders.
  • Execute projects with specific business value milestones and operationalize outcomes.
  • Document the impacts of process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the enablement function to drive change management.
  • Educate the organization on CRM best practices and system capabilities.
  • Develop business systems flow related to process improvements.
  • Support the Renewals and CSS organization through the ARR reporting journey.
  • Influence progress based on project and operational milestones.

Requirements

  • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor's Degree)
  • 5+ years of directly related experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze diverse issues and data
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and coordination skills to work with different teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales process analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
