Responsibilities

• Support Growth and scalability.
• New nodes expansion, support awareness and provide data driven evidence to enable preference for the team among stakeholders, to drive scale to ensure growth into new research areas.
• Discuss and brainstorm the finer details of the project with the stakeholders and LI FTE to enable the creation of a robust and holistic research plan.
• Oversee the creation of screener, mod guide, and other supporting documents for the research to ensure that all the documents are aligned to the overall goals and expected outcomes of the research project.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research e.g. usability testing, in depth interviews, diary studies, cards sorts, surveys, etc.
• Minimum 4 years of experience handling medium to large scale teams in previous engagements.
• M.A M.S. Ph.D. in progress or completed in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI Computer Science, UX or Market Research or other fields emphasizing human behavior or in lieu of degree, some related work experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in programming language R, Python, SQL.
• Minimum 4 years overseeing the creation of screener, mod guide, and other supporting documents.

• Detail oriented and ability to work independently across multiple projects, comprising of a variety of tasks and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills oral and written to ensure dissemination of project details.
• Ability to think of the larger picture to understand the stakeholder goals and align them with the needs requirements activities of the project.
• Comfortable presenting and providing research outcomes and recommendations to project stakeholders across all levels.
• Efficiently allocate time between multiple projects, prioritizing projects based on changing project schedules and stakeholder requirements.
• Experience of managing and handling teams if required.
