About the position

As a Senior Research Analyst at Ipsos, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with some of the world's most recognized brands to address their most pressing challenges. This position is integral to the research process, where you will coordinate and manage survey research projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will oversee all operational components of these projects, from initial setup to launch and ongoing monitoring, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed to deliver high-quality results. In this role, you will work closely with client service teams to design questionnaires, develop screeners, and plan analyses that align with our clients' business objectives. Your ability to understand the unique challenges faced by our clients and the industries they operate in will be crucial in maintaining and strengthening client relationships. You will also collaborate with external research suppliers, ensuring that all aspects of the research process are executed seamlessly. Your analytical skills will shine as you verify, analyze, and interpret survey results, preparing comprehensive client reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights. You will have the opportunity to innovate in data visualization, finding new ways to present data that resonate with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage survey research projects on time and within budgets
  • Oversee all operational components of projects from setup to launch and ongoing monitoring
  • Work with client service teams on questionnaire design, screeners, and analysis planning
  • Develop an understanding of clients' business issues and the industries in which they operate
  • Maintain and strengthen client relations through collaborative efforts
  • Coordinate and work with external research suppliers
  • Verify, analyze, and interpret survey results
  • Prepare client reports and presentations
  • Innovate in data visualization techniques

Requirements

  • Strong and proven project management experience and expertise
  • 1-2 years' relevant experience in the market research field
  • Superior critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Passion for data, consumer decision-making, and problem-solving
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and visual stories
  • Experience with questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and tabulation planning
  • Familiarity with survey applications (e.g., Qualtrics, Google Consumer Surveys, SPSS) is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in analytical or insights-focused fields with a background in quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with survey applications such as Qualtrics, Google Consumer Surveys, SPSS
  • Background in qualitative research methodologies
