About the position

As a Senior Research Analyst in Innovation at Ipsos, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the US-based product team with the development, advancement, and commercialization of the Innovation product offer. Your expertise will be crucial as you become the go-to person for the Ipsos.Digital Platform, ensuring that the US perspective is integrated into the product development roadmap through regular collaboration with the Global Product Team. You will manage monthly reporting to monitor progress towards achieving revenue and profit targets for each of our solutions, which is essential for driving the success of our offerings. In this role, you will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with Client Service Teams and clients, fostering trust and ensuring seamless execution of projects. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be key to your success in this position. You will be expected to leverage your analytical skills to provide insights that will inform product development and strategy, making your contributions vital to the overall success of the team and the organization. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual who thrives under tight deadlines and is capable of working collaboratively within a team environment. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you navigate the complexities of market research and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Support the US-based product team with the development, advancement, and commercialization of the Innovation product offer.
  • Become an expert and go-to person for the Ipsos.Digital Platform.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Global Product Team to ensure the US perspective is integrated into the product development roadmap.
  • Manage monthly reporting to monitor progress towards achieving revenue and profit targets for each of our solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with Client Service Teams and clients to foster trust and ensure seamless execution of projects.

Requirements

  • A completed Bachelor's Degree; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 4 years of experience in market research.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A data-savvy mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • High motivation, self-direction, and a driven personality capable of thriving under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative spirit that thrives in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with well-developed interpersonal and presentation abilities.
