About The Position
The Senior Research Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, and various activities within the SEIU's Strategic Initiatives Department. This position requires advanced research expertise and strategic analysis to assist both internal teams and local unions in achieving their goals. The analyst will lead projects, conduct in-depth studies, and mentor junior staff while representing SEIU in external forums.
