About The Position
The Rackham Graduate School is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join the Institutional Research team. This role involves managing the research agenda, particularly focusing on the Michigan Doctoral Experience Study (MDES). The analyst will be responsible for the implementation, analysis, and dissemination of research findings, while also designing and implementing additional projects that enhance understanding of graduate student experiences. The position requires collaboration with the director of institutional research to advance graduate education research and improve existing projects.
