In this capacity, the Senior Research Analyst will lead and manage the preparation of quarterly market reports, research publications, market commentary, and forecasts. This includes the creation of various materials such as presentations, market reports, white papers, opinion pieces, and special reports as required. The analyst will also be responsible for planning, writing, and editing client-specific responses to RFPs, which entails preparing new content, gathering existing proposal content, and addressing complex issues for customized business development pursuits. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, as the Senior Research Analyst will apply critical thinking and market knowledge to assist with unique client-specific research requests, including strategic planning, portfolio reviews, and highest and best use analyses. Furthermore, the analyst will maintain and prepare data necessary for writing quarterly statistical reports, compiling and writing market reports, statistics, graphs, and charts. This position also involves assisting brokers with pitches and listing presentations by providing market analysis and direct research support. Effective communication is essential, as the Senior Research Analyst will summarize and convey analytic findings, insights, and recommendations through executive-level summary documents and presentations. The role also demands proficiency in database management and data manipulation tools to track market activity and maintain databases using both internal and external resources. The analyst will be expected to conduct company and industry research using various online and in-house resources, as well as read and collect relevant articles from newspapers and business magazines to keep the team informed.
